Extra virgin olive oil and almonds from Puglia
The farm Monteverde is located in Puglia, about 30 km north of Bari and about 10 km from the Adriatic coast.
The area has historically been devoted to the cultivation of olive, almond, and vine, crops that are part of the history and tradition of our family.
Since 2005, the heart of the company has been in the Monteverde district, among the most fertile lands of the countryside of Terlizzi.
The company as a whole covers about 10 hectares, fragmented into different plots in different districts, a typical land configuration in Southern Italy.

This extra virgin oil enhances ancient dishes and modern palates. Deep green with golden hues, it is bursting with aromas of dill, fennel, artichoke, pepper, and hay. On the palate, it is a profusion of vegetal tones, powerful, rich, and sculpted by phenols perfectly fused into the structure, with a good taste balance. Imposing, it finishes deliciously spicy and with a long persistence of vegetal tones.
A coratina extra virgin olive oil is perfect for crudités, salads, and legume soups.
